Nikolaj Bloch focuses his work on supporting the neurodivergent community, particularly autistic and ADHD people across the lifespan. His approach is neuroaffirming and grounded in helping individuals experience themselves as worthy in their authentic identity, rather than needing to adapt in order to be accepted.

Much of his work addresses the strain that can arise when a person repeatedly feels misunderstood, overwhelmed, or expected to function in ways that do not match their way of processing the world. This can over time show up as shutdown, burnout, persistent threat anticipation, compulsive loops, trauma responses, or strong resistance when demands feel unsafe. Instead of correcting reactions, the focus is on understanding what they have been protecting and allowing the nervous system to settle.

Within a framework informed by Internal Family Systems and polyvagal understanding, Havening Techniques® help experiences shift from feeling current to being recognised as past. As this occurs, clarity, flexibility, and self-trust often return without the need for detailed retelling or analysis.

The intention is not to increase tolerance of unsuitable expectations, but to support lives organised in ways that genuinely fit.

Sessions are offered in Danish and English, in person and online.
